SERVICES POLICY
There is a deposit fees for all group appointment/ artificial nails services and luxuries pedicure and manicure services. Deposit will goes towards services, when appointment is kept and on time.
This will be a non-refundable deposit if you fail to show up for your appointment. Or cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to appointment date. If fails to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit money.
If booking multiple guests or have any special requests, please make a note in the note section while booking for services; we will need to know the number of guests and type of services for each guest this includes; nails arts, or special request.
At Phoenix Nail Spa, your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you!
Please acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no shows," or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with no commission times or income.
Yours 5 to 10 minutes of late arrival to any appointments may result in reduced appointment time. If 15 minutes of late arrival will result in automatic cancellation of appointment. Unless notify Salon Manager of late arrival via text message; 919-641-0490. Owners reserve the rights to terminate any late appointment, if it's beyond allowed times.
General services clients (manicure, pedicure, dipping powders) who fail to show up for his or her appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time no show clients, will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a deposit fees.
