                SERVICES POLICY  

There is a deposit fees for all  group appointment/ artificial nails services and luxuries pedicure and manicure services. Deposit will goes towards services, when appointment is kept and on time. 


This will be a non-refundable deposit if you fail to show up for your appointment. Or cancel your appointment within 48 hours prior to appointment date. If fails to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit money.


If booking multiple guests or have any special requests, please make a note in the note section while booking for  services; we will need to know the number of guests and type of services for each guest this includes; nails arts, or  special request.

At Phoenix Nail Spa, your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you! 


Please acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no shows," or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with no commission times or income.


Yours 5 to 10 minutes of late arrival to any appointments may result in reduced appointment time. If 15 minutes of late arrival  will result in automatic cancellation of appointment. Unless notify Salon Manager of late arrival via text message; 919-641-0490. Owners reserve the rights to terminate any late appointment, if it's beyond allowed times. 


General services clients (manicure, pedicure, dipping powders) who fail to show up for his or her appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time no show clients, will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a deposit fees.

ALL FIX NAIL MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. WE DO NOT TAKE WALK IN FOR THESE SERVICES


I. ARTIFICIAL NAIL , DIPPING POWDER NAIL, AND  SHELLAC POLISH IS UNDER OUR FIVE (5) DAYS WARRANTY. WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR THE COST OF ANY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT

 (nail biting or self negligent does not fall under our five days warranty policy. Must show receipt as prove)



II. REGULAR POLISH FOR YOUR MANICURE AND PEDICURE IS UNDER TWO (2) DAYS WARRANTY ONLY

(nail biting or self negligent does not fall under our two days warranty policy)



III. IF YOU DROP AND BREAK OUR REGULAR POLISH IT WILL COST YOU $8-$10. 

IF YOU DROP AND BREAK OUR SHELLAC POLISH IT WILL COST YOU $15-$20. 



IV.  PRICES AND SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF CLIENTS, OWNER MAY NOT HAVE AVAILABLE TIME TO REMIND ALL CUSTOMERS OF CHANGES WITHIN OUR SALON. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS UP TO DATE ON ANY CHANGES THAT MAY OCCUR, BUT ENCOURAGE ALL CLIENTS TO INQUIRE ABOUT PRICING PRIOR TO SERVICING AND AVAILABLE SERVICES WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.



V. WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUAL OR GROUPS WHO ARE CAUSING TROUBLE OR BEING DISRUPTIVE MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE. WE WILL ALSO REFUSE SERVICES WHEN AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS EXCEED OUR CAPACITY LIMITS. IF THERE ARE SAFETY CONCERNS, OR SOMEONE IS HARASSING OUR STAFF MEMBERS, WE WILL RESERVE OUR RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICES. LASTLY, WE CAN ALSO REFUSE SERVICES TO THOSE WHO COME IN JUST BEFORE CLOSING TIME. 



VI. WE DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE POLICY AT PHOENIX NAIL SPA, BECAUSE WE UNDERSTAND AS BUSY MEN AND WOMEN THAT WE ALL NEED TO MULTITASK. WE HOPE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPECTFUL BY KEEPING THEIR VOICE LOW WHEN TALKING ON THE PHONE. IF YOU NEED TO BE ON A CONFERENCE CALL OR ANTICIPATE A LENGTHY PHONE CONVERSATION, PLEASE REQUEST TO BE SEATED IN THE CORNER OR TAKE YOUR CALL OUTSIDE, SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE RELAXING VIBE.



VII.  ALTHOUGH WE ALWAYS TRY TO BE SENSITIVE TO OUR GUEST'S SPECIFIC NEEDS. WE ASK THAT YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS OPENLY WITH YOUR ASSIGNED TECHNICIAN, BOTH BEFORE AND DURING THE SERVICES (IF NECESSARY) SO THAT HE OR SHE CAN TARGET AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICES TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. WHETHER IT BE MORE EXTENSIVE EXTRACTIONS, LIGHTER OR MORE INTENSE MASSAGE PRESSURE, SQUARE OR ROUND NAIL SHAPING. 



VIII. CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE, MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE AND REMAIN AT WAITING AREA. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD ARE CONSIDERED A MINOR, A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT.
